How we vet
Every engineer goes through a take-home, a live coding interview with a senior, a systems / architecture conversation, and reference checks. Less than 5% of applicants make it through.
Engagement options
Hourly contract
Pay for actual hours. Ideal for short bursts, MVPs, or trying someone out before a longer commitment.
Monthly retainer
Fixed monthly cost for a fixed time allocation. Predictable budget for sustained work.
Try-then-hire
3–6 month engagement with a path to convert. Lower risk than direct hire.
